UVOZ-3000 Exhaust Ozone Detector
According to the foreign light cell technology design pressure-resistant, impact-resistant independent light cell structure, the gas flow, pressure, and flow rate remain unchanged during the operation of the calibration zero, to prevent the impact of airflow on the calibration zero, no need to close the ozone intake can complete the calibration zero operation, to ensure that the equipment can operate continuously 24 hours a day.
The exhaust ozone detector calculates the current ozone concentration value by measuring the change in light signal intensity before and after the absorption of UV light by ozone. The equipment uses a dual-optical UV light source system with a lamp intelligent management system inside, which can make the UV lamp quickly reach the measurement state after powering on. Using foreign separated light cell technology, the equipment has the characteristics of no leakage, high-pressure resistance, high flow sampling gas impact resistance, easy cleaning, easy maintenance, simple operation, and low cost of use.
It is mainly used for the continuous detection of ozone gas in various industrial environments, and can also be used to detect ozone gas in operating pipelines, containers, and other settings, and is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, municipal, and wastewater treatment industries for ozone generator outlet concentration and ozone generator output measurement.
Ozone analyzer with touch screen operation interface, real-time display of ozone gas concentration, pressure and temperature compensation and display, automatic zero time and manual zero modes can be set—high concentration (g/Nm3) range with flow input function, real-time display of ozone generator output. With two sets of relay signal output, users can freely choose the high alarm point and low alarm point signal output connection. The core component adopts UV long life light source system with high transmittance quartz sheet to ensure the stability of the zero point and prevent the zero point drift from affecting the accuracy of the detection concentration.
